Referees can help educate players on the laws of the game and provide consistency in our various leagues and events. With leagues for all ages and skill levels, there is always a need for new and experienced referees.

Get Certified as a Referee
In order to referee with Dakota United Soccer Club, you must be certified through the USSF state referee organization.
This process can take several weeks to complete and usually includes a weekend clinic, so do not wait to get certified. Referees can typically complete the certification process anytime from January to May for that current year, but again do not wait!
Below are the certification processes for North Dakota.
ND Soccer Association Referee Training
The North Dakota State Referee Committee leads the State Referee Association in promoting and implementing U.S. Soccer's referee initiatives and programs within North Dakota.
The North Dakota State Referee Committee provides opportunities for any individual to become an entry-level soccer referee.
